Avocado deviled eggs are much healthier than traditional stuffed eggs and are perfect for any moment. You can serve them as a breakfast, snack or even a festive appetizer.
- 6 eggs
- 1 avocado
- juice from one lime
- salt & pepper
- 1 green onion
Instructions for Avocado Deviled Eggs
- Boil eggs for 6-7 minutes, leave them in cold water and then peel them. After they have cooled, cut them halfway and remove the yolk.
- Cut the avocado, pull out the pulp and crush it with the fork, along with the yolks. Add the salt, the pepper, the lime juice and the chopped verdets as small as possible.
- Fill the eggs with the avocado paste and decorate them with parsley or basil, according to your preference.
