100g chocolate spreadable cream
125g melted black chocolate
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
190g powdered sugar
45ml olive oil
1 light beaten egg
60ml hot coffee
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon starch
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
30g of cocoa
150g of sugar
95g of flour
Preparation for Chocolate Cupcakes:
Heat the oven and prepare a tray for 12 colored paper jars.
Mix the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking pepper, starch, bicarbonate, and salt.
In another bowl mix the yogurt, coffee, oil, egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pour the liquid ingredients over the dried ones and mix them for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Split the dough in the muffin tray and bake for 15-17 minutes. Remove them from the tray as they are hot and let them cool on a grill.
Preparation For The Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
Mix the powdered sugar with the soft butter until it is homogenized. Add melted chocolate and continue mixing with a mixer at low speed. Put the spreadable chocolate, milk, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and a salt then mix to incorporate them.
